Shipping and Returns


Shipping Policy

We ship our packages with UPS or USPS. We ship our packages within 1–2 business days. Shipping occurs only on weekdays. Your order will usually arrive within no more than 10 days from shipping.

The cost of shipping your order will be calculated when you check out your shopping cart.

At this time we do not ship Internationally.

Rush Shipping

If you would like faster shipping, you may choose Next Day or 2nd Day shipping at checkout.

Returns

Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your order. If you would like to return or exchange an item, it must be in its original condition and packaging. Please carefully repackage any items that you unpack. Please ship item(s) to us here at:

Once we receive and examine the returned item we will contact you and issue you a refund. Please note we will not refund your original shipping costs.

Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur during the return/exchange shipping. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are nonrefundable. If return/exchange items arrive damaged we will not be able to issue you a refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible.

Items Out of Stock

It may occur that an Item you order is out of stock. If this happens we will contact you and let you know when it will be available.

Final Sales

Items which are reduced or on sale are Final Sale only. No returns are accepted for these items.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within Massachusetts are subject to 6.25% sales tax.
